Position Overview:We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring our company’s message is consistently communicated across all channels. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for aviation, marketing, and creating impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in creating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our services, events, and brand messaging.

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, websites, brochures, and more. Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and aligns with the company’s vision and values.

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage and grow McKean Aircraft Management’s presence on social media platforms. Create posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.

  • Event Support & Promotion: Help organize and promote aviation-related events, training programs, webinars, and conferences. Assist with logistics, marketing collateral, and event follow-up to ensure success.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

  • Brand Management: Assist in maintaining the consistency of the brand’s voice, messaging, and visuals across all communication channels. Help implement branding strategies that reinforce McKean Aircraft Management’s reputation as a leader in aviation services.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and leadership) to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, preferably in aviation or a related industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media management platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing software, etc.).

  • Creative thinker with the ability to execute ideas and see projects through to completion.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
